Terms & Conditions


By enrolling your child in the Little Leaders Cymru: Newport Junior Show Choir, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payments & Booking

  • Your child’s place is only confirmed once payment has been received.
  • Monthly membership is Β£24 per child, payable in advance. Paid spaces will always be given priority.
  • Payments will be refunded if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
  • We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own personal circumstances (e.g. holidays, illness, other commitments).

2. Cancellations by the Choir

  • If a session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, venue issues, staff illness), we will offer either a make-up session or a refund for the missed class.

3. Behaviour & Conduct

  • Little Leaders Cymru reserves the right to remove, without refund, any child who is found to be bullying, misbehaving, or displaying disruptive behaviour that impacts others.

4. Health & Safety

  • Parents/guardians must declare all relevant medical conditions during registration and keep us informed of any changes by email or phone.
  • Children must not attend choir if they have experienced any illness (e.g. vomiting, diarrhoea, contagious illness) within 48 hours of a session.
  • Little Leaders Cymru and its staff are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during sessions, except where caused by our negligence.

5. Photography & Media

  • From time to time, photographs and/or videos may be taken during rehearsals and performances for marketing purposes (e.g. website, social media, promotional materials).
  • If you do not wish your child to be included, you must declare this at registration and inform us of any changes in writing via email or phone.

6. Communication

  • All important updates (e.g. cancellations, performance details) will be communicated via email and/or text message. Please ensure your contact details remain up to date.
